The California Legislature just keeps herding whites, not only in California, but in the entire country to the right.  They are as good a pimp for the far right as Trump! 

The legislature just passed Lara's SB 174 in Sacramento.  This law allows illegal immigrants to serve on all state boards.  This is nuts!  Cross our border illegally, break federal law and be rewarded with an appointment to a job on a state board.  Some of these jobs pay well!

This is one way to provide work for illegal immigrants and get them off of the welfare rolls.
