Legally, there is no such thing in the criminal code as "collusion". Trump and his legal team have sold this term to most Americans, including the media. Mueller is working on conspiracy . No one outside of Mueller's team knows what they have found-yet. I believe that Putin has some dirt on Trump; maybe video of his antics with a Russian prostitute in a Moscow hotel room or some shady business dealings in Russia. We will see what the US Attorney in Manhattan squeezes out of Weisselberg & Co.
Now to prosecuting Trump, a sitting president:
I have studied this for decades and come to the conclusion that a sitting president can be indicted, but cannot be arrested or tried while in office. They must be impeached and then he can be arrested, etc. Until then a sitting president is immune.
A sitting president could murder someone in the oval office or whack their spouse. The killing would be investigated by the FBI. The president would continue to hold office and be free of arrest for murder until he or she was impeached. We could have a murderer in the Oval Office with all the powers that come with the job of POTUS....until removal from office by impeachment!
